As we all agree, Cyberoam Products are all well equipped technically & never let us down in any of the circumstances, now it’s high time for us to astound the industry on commercials & marketing activities. Improvements are incremental and we made a whole new business development programme called “The Must-Win Process”.
“Must- Win Process” comprises of FOUR simple steps: (1) Case-locking with Customer contacts by our Partner. (2) Validation & Value-addition (related to RFP & POC) by the OEM, Cyberoam. (3) Negotiation & Closure directly by the OEM with deserved profits as indicated by the Partner. (4) Incentivising the Partner/sales team for every step of the “Must-Win Process” i.e., the partner is incentivised once he locks the case against our validation. We will shortly provide you the Incentives Schemes in our following mail.
The “Must-Win Process” has been made to ease the Partner in relaxing from their activities & moreover, enabling the OEM’s expertise to run for them in the relay for closures. It is always better to have the right persons to do the right job without distractions on the Focus i.e., the closures & always the Team Wins. We will work as a team & will not at any point demand the partner to do whatever we decide, your suggestions & guidance are always welcome.
Final Destination in 3-Dimension:
A “Must-Win” approach to winning that eliminates the late starts, teams that not working together, and reviews that provide too little guidance too late to do any good.
